Steve Edwards' Fitness and Nutrition Pages  

This site is in the process of becoming my fitness and nutrition library. I've been working in the fitness, nutrition, and athletics field as a trainer and a coach most of my life. I am the current fitness and nutrition advisor for Beachbody.com. I hold numerous fitness and nutrition credentials and am currently working on my PhD in sustainable nutrition with an emphasis on high level athletic training. My real niche in the industry is all the clients I've worked with at Beachbody. Over the years I've probably worked with more conditions than anyone else on the planet. This is what you get when over a million clients have can ask you questions. Though still occasionally stumped it's rare. There's not much I haven't seen and, in my mind, nothing the can't be overcome.

Added to my article archive. While not complete, it's getting there as I find time to go back and dredge up older works.

The aim of this site is to help you more easily access materials to aid your fitness lifestyle. I am not accepting personal clients (too busy), the million-odd Beachbody (and now Million Dollar Body) members are all technically my clients. You can find me on the message boards.
